Good for Walz. Minnesota is not turning red like people think it is.
The legislature will be brutal, though. DFL strength is increasingly a Twin Cities Metro-only thing and that will bite them in the butt to only focus there.

Democrats took the legislature solely with Twin Cities-based seats.
A majority of seats are trump seats . There was no gerrymandering either

Am I the only one who actually agrees with Blum being over Comstock?
No, I agree that ancestral democratic districts with high white populations are the most likely to flip.

>calling iowa 1st ancestrally D.

Its been D since dukkakis but it only had a D rep for like 8 years since 88 to 2018.

Pretty much all of us at the PG&D board expected MN to lose its 8th seat. And if MN-08 was lost, it's not very unfair to assume she would have been goner, even though there was of course a degree of excessive certainty regardless.

No I don't think we all assumed an 8th seat lost. I was 50/50 myself, I just drew 7 seat maps because 8 seat is fairly obviously a least change map from the current pretty nicely drawn map.

"But we don't know all the facts! Self-defense though! He was pushed to the ground, surely that's proportional to getting shot at with a rifle!"

Yeah, what has Poland ever done for us?  And it's not like the west hasn't turned their collective backs on them before.  Really, the Kurds, Jews, etc should be used to it by now.

What exactly does Poland need defending from? Please don't make yourself into a joke by going on some delusional Putin/Russia rant.

This is less about the content of the post and more about the user.
