Indeed. There is no way Hillary Clinton could win anywhere near as much support as Hillary Clinton did.

She lost once, and will lose again. Give it up.

Of course, this is a smart move. Hillary is still beloved by Democrats and no one hates her for throwing away the election to Trump. She should easily coast by in a primary predicted to be one of the most large and diverse in history. The voters will forget about nominating a progressive to take down Trump,  such as Bernie, Gillibrand, Warren, Brown etc. and go for her again. After winning, she should easily defeat Trump and not just create 2016 again. She will win. /S

This is garbage. Pretty sure this is just the media desperate for a story. "Imagine the clicks will get if we run this $$$$!" She cant win the primary, and she wont run Indy. She cant win.

Sure she’s not Trump but what else does she bring to the fold? She already has the corruption allegations against her. Trump could literally just watch videos from 2016 and not even need to do much in the way of coming up with new ideas to fight her. She would be the weakest candidate in history, even weaker than Dukakis or Mondale. Not to mention since Trump threatens to investigate her scandals and corruption, he now has every incentive to get that going and rule it as “a late start because... fake news, fake Russia probe”. She better not run if Democrats want to be competitive.

I hope we get as many establishment type candidates into the race as possible, and then have Jeff Merkley in the race as well, but no other progressive type candidates. With the 15% rule, that would basically guarantee Jeff Merkley winning the nomination.

It's funny how many of you guys are taking a NY Post article seriously.

I know it’s a stupid idea at best and the NY post is not the best source for anything, but I really just enjoy giving my thoughts on things.

I don't think she will run. She will consider another go,but she is smart enough to know there is going to be a strong backlash. I don't think dems are going to consider someone who lost to a amateur

I mean she's narcissistic enough to do it but her comments on women who didn't vote for her and rural america would indicate someone who is taking their ball and going home

I don't think she would want to put herself through that again.

i mean

probably not

She'd be going up against an incumbent who will most likely have a much stronger grip on his base this time around. My post was mostly tounge in cheek, just that she'd most likely lose again. She lost to Trump when he wasn't the incumbent I don't know why she'd beat him when he's got a stronger hand.

It is. There are no high profile donors willing to sink millions into a campaign for an unpopular, twice-failed candidate. She's knows it's over. The media can't let her go for some reason.

She's not running again!  but then again I didn't think she would lose in 2016 so I definitely don't always get these things right....

It's certainly possible that she might throw her hat into the ring again, but if that were to happen, I think her primary results will be similar to that of Adlai Stevenson in 1960.

If she had lost to Rubio or Kasich or were a decade younger, that'd be plausible.

None of these are true.
