Damn. Beat me to it. 24 hrs to object to Transit's sponsorship.

This is a stupendous bill. This opens up more EM spectrum for use by the public for broadcasting. Very common sense.

After being talked to about this topic by Ninja, I'm very supportive of this idea.  I strongly support this legislation as it simply seems to be opening up more of a market for Radio Stations.

Really an uncontroversial, common sense bill which opens up the markets for unlicensed and licensed commercial and non commercial operators. The more people can be able to use radio, the better, as radio is a great tool that is still way too underutilized.
