Opinion of "how would a 2nd Civil War go?" video?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0ep-u1_0T8&feature=share

The maker says he's moderate, but seems to be conservative-leaning to me in how he describes the sides. But it's hard to argue with his analysis, and if his bias colored his argument or not.

What does everyone else think? Is this how a 2nd Civil War would go?

Yeah, I agree Republicans would most likely win. The one aspect he neglects is that Democratic areas concentrate a lot of wealth that might be used to draw a lot of war resources quickly, but I agree that land and manpower would probably win in the end.

That said... "Western Europe has very little military power" Uh, what? Does he know France and the UK have nukes?

It would depend almost entirely on which way the military went.

I don't know if he mentions this, but I can't help but think the age gap would create certain difficulties for one party in particular.

That said, these OMG CIVIL WAR people really are a bit too invested in online politics for their own good.

Yeah people aren't going to fight a civil war over tax cuts, a border wall or single-payer healthcare.

It depends on whether the US breaks out in a Union vs. Separatist civil war (the union would win, but it wouldn't be as easy a win as in 1865), or a Left vs. Right ideological war, in which case the left will get their clocks cleaned.

The idea of a second civil war exists only as a paranoid fever dream in the minds of the right

Better video with "day by day" evolving map: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzxKnCUsW6c

The poster leans to the right and his scenario is kinda wonky but the map and how the war unfolds is the most realistic interpretation I've seen.
