Ok, so somewhere along the line the required explanation was taken out of the amendment. Therefore, it is required that the House vote again. Please note the amendment has not changed at all, there's just an explanation attached. You can vote differently from last time of course, but that'd just mean you've changed your mind. Sorry for all the votes going on right now, but it just has to be this way, and so please make sure to vote on this and all the votes occurring in the House right now. Old School Republican-you didn't vote on the original-please vote on this one. Unfortunately, the voting period is shorter than usual-Representatives have 24 hours to cast their votes, as this is an emergency vote. This is going straight to a final vote, no objections to it are allowed and there will be no debate.
