At anyrate, the most beautiful and graceful women I've ever met are from Moldova, they really changed my opinion of that country.

For non-European women, it would be Lebanon.

And then for the US, the state where I saw the best looking ones was Michigan.

On girls, absolutely - brunettes are much better. But for guys, it's got to be blond or pure black. Very few other acceptable shades.

Mandatory vote for the Netherlands in both categories. Nothing beats Dutch women (can personally attest), and since Dutch men average 6 feet I imagine we're quite popular too Smiley. 6 ft 2 here, ladies can PM for number.

Yeah, I don't have that problem lol, whether it be physically or in terms of dress, I look very English so people often know Im from an English speaking country before even talking to me; but my French accent sounds kind of German so as a result people sometimes think Im from Germany.

Lots of good suggestions here--if you care for my own tastes, there's a PM function for a reason--but we could easily say that most countries have their share of particularly good looking residents. The real question is to ask which countries produce consistently bad looking people. This, of course, is going to be tainted by personal preferences, poverty, etc., so it's not worth asking, which leaves us in quite a bind.
