I see this as a useful way to eventually save some funds without taking it from any important programs, which allows us to fund important things once we are done with this. I would like to amend the bill as not to put so much strain on Truman and AZ.

Actually I just noticed Ninja0428's amendment, since the bill was amended it goes back to the House for a final vote on the Amended version.
