I’ll guess Alabama and Clemson advance to the title game rather easily.

Clemson 38-22
Alabama 51-28

Well the games tonight went about how I expected them to. It’s a shame that a good quality team couldn’t have gotten over an “undefeated” Notre Dame. The sh**show that put on today was embarrassing and I wish a better team like Georgia could have gotten in instead of them.

On another note, I’m looking forward to LSU destroying UCF this week.

If UCF could beat Auburn last year, than they most certainly can beat LSU this year.

They won’t. Last year was a fluke. Plain and simple.

On another note, you once again picked against Alabama lol.

Yeah...on one hand I'm not shocked Alabama won...but on the other hand, I'm quite disappointed that Oklahoma didn't put up more of a fight.

For the final, I'll take Alabama over Clemson 20-17.

At full health, they are probably better than this incredibly weak LSU team. Not counting on it in their current state however.

As far as I'm aware McKenzie Milton is their only notable absence.

I've also picked against Clemson a similar number of times, if my memory is correct.

At least someone has to lose this one.

It was a good game but the “defending National Champions” have FINALLY gone down. Lost to a team with 3 losses and missing half of their starters on defense.

Very nice to have that arrogant bunch humbled.

Yep.  If UCF had been in the SEC, they probably would have finished on the upper end of the middle of the pack.  Finishing that high in the SEC still indicates a really good team, but I think that sums up UCF: they've been a really good team these past two years, but not a great (playoff-caliber) team.

Apparently whichever team I pick to win a game will lose a game.

Everytime I picked against Alabama/Clemson, and now UCF failed to beat LSU.

It's almost like my picks are some sort of weird curse.

How do you think UCF would have fared against Alabama if they would have gotten the #4 spot?

They would have lost, I have no doubt about that, but I think they would have done better than Oklahoma did...if only because UCF can actually play defense and Oklahoma can't.

So maybe something like Alabama 37, UCF 27.

On a very sad note, Purdue fan Tyler Trent has died from cancer at the age of 20.
