Interesting case: http://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/pavan-v-smith

The five that ruled for Obergefell ruled in favor on the case, Gorsuch, Thomas and Alito dissented. Roberts neither issued a concurrence or dissent this giving no indication to how he ruled.
