Any thoughts on what a Dewey Presidency would be like and/or on the effects going forward?

On the one hand, I can’t see Dewey forcing Israel to give up the Sinai Peninsula, but it also doesn’t seem likely that he allows Israel to completely crush Palestine. If we’re lucky, he might have more of a focus on setting up democracies in the Middle East.

One side note is that polling companies such as Gallup would not have examined their internal flaws, as IRL. It might have taken another major wrong prediction to get things relatively right.
