It seems Japanese-American candidates tend to do better in Honolulu County. Is this because the state's Japanese-American percentage is the largest in this county? An example of this is the 2018 gubernatorial independent primary.

2018 HI-GOV independent primary:
Terrence Teruya: 47.8%
Selina Blackwell: 43.6%

Edited to add: I'll check the tract listed as Swedish. I think it's really Samoan, but I'm using the wrong key.

Edited 2: The Swedish top ancestry in Tract 86.11 seems legit. It's a census tract with only about 100 residents. Those tend to lead to large MoEs and strange results.

The 2018 HI-SEN independent primary outcome seems to have been determined by the Filipino vote. Is this the case?
