If Trump is challenged by a notable figure such as Kasich, Corker or Flake, will he debate on television? There has never been a primary debate with an incumbent president. I doubt he'll do it, but who knows? It is Trump after all and he loves to be centerstage.

Highly unlikely, unless the challenger is polling ahead or within single digits, which is also highly unlikely.

No, and even if he says he will take part in a debate, he'll back away - like his proposed debate with Sanders.

Maybe...Trump loves publicity after all, and he's kind of guy who operates under "bad publicity is better than no publicity".

Not really. He is far too thin-skinned to want to voluntarily endure a debate. His rallies are one thing, but anyone who criticizes him causes him to become insecure, at which point he probably would plan a rally anyway after the debate.
