Breaking news: Roy Cooper refused to be Brown's running mate

He said that would be concentrated on his work by a governor and on his reelection as NC Governor

Breaking news: C.Baker, L.Hogan are possible candidates to be Brown's running mates

"Now, I'm seriously considering the possibility of my run for President with Charlie Baker or Larry Hogan as my running mates. They have really shown an impressive job as governors of Massachusetts and Maryland, respectively. Our positions coincide with many issues, I see a real interaction in the future. My press service has already sent the appropriate letters to Hogan and Baker asking them to think about the proposal, the answers have not yet been received. Will wait. My official vice president shortlist will be posted within a week"--- winner of Democratic presidential primaries, presumptive Democratic nominee for President Sherrod Brown

As we are getting to late August, I guess that Arizona is among the next senate primary states. This will be crucial in the process of fulfilling McCain's senate seat.

It was obvious that Haslam would run for Senate in 2020 if Alexander retires. And nice choice by the Massachusetts Republicans to nominate Charlie Baker. He seems to be making the senate race there very competitive.
