I've been looking a lot of Democrats in the South that are underestimated and Chintan Desai is one of them.

Has there been polling to confirm this race is even halfway competitive? Otherwise it is safe to assume Safe R.

Desai is a good candidate, as are all of the Dem House candidates in AR. But unfortunately, this district is the least competitive in the state this year.

The districts were drawn by the (at the time) democratic legislature. Actually, you'd have to gerrymander to get a district to vote democratic in Arkansas, that's how Republican the state is now.
