Is this a normally credible source? Sounds like a little bit of early backlash against the Republicans but still so much time to go before November.

Not much of a surprise. DeSantis is going to underperform Scott, potentially even significantly.

The idea that Democrats might pick up FL-GOV for the first time in decades while losing a Senate race here with an incumbent in this cycle is just so weird. This race is still a Toss-Up, and Democrats shouldn’t assume that DeSantis can’t win, but Graham vs. DeSantis is definitely the most favorable matchup for Democrats.

Coattails don't really exist between a senate and gubernatorial race.

It's more between a GOV/SEN race with the congressional and state legislature results.

Keep showing priamry polls and no general election, really, OH was polled by Marist and showed a small DeWine lead and assuming they won't poll the GE, the race probably has it a small GOP lead as well.

Does anyone think Roy David Walker can win the nod for Agriculture Commissioner?  One of my friends in Wilton Manors is a huge supporter of his.

If this is how it turns out, it's a wash for the Florida Democrats. It's so depressing that they can't do any better than that.

Doubtful, but it's a low name-ID race so it's possible. Fried has most of the establishment support and generally has a much cleaner record than Walker, who exaggerated his scientific credentials and who seems to have been employed by a notoriously abusive roadside zoo.

This is an internal poll conducted by the Fried campaign.

Gillum obviously. He's our dem nominee, and we got to unite, and he's a hell of a lot better than DeSantis. I don't really dislike Gillum, it was more that I really liked Graham and wanted her to win, and I thought she was the most electorally skilled candidate, so I am a bit sore about that. I am optimistic about Gillum though, boosting young and black turnout for Nelson to put him over the top, so onward as Graham graciously said!!

eh, the real whiff here was not polling Caldwell, the actual R nominee for Ag Commissioner — this was a Fried internal.
