For Reagan I would say his 1981 inaugural line of: In this Present Crises Government is not the Solution to our problem, Government is the problem might be his most famous line.



Post WW2 I would say Bush Jr's : Either you're with us, or you're with the terrorists might be the most famous line.

I think Reagan's 1981 Inaugural and the 1987 "Tear Down this Wall" Speech were equally famous. Post WWII in general, I would say Nixon's "I'm Not a Crook" press Conference and Clinton's "I did not Have Sexual Relations with that Woman..." quote were the most famous of the Post WWII era sadly.
