the kids are assholes...I don't know if they should get in trouble for it though.  What happened to the girls that video taped the drowning guy while laughing?

I could probably make a case for petty theft and manslaughter (yes, they wouldn't have personally killed the store clerk, but their inaction would have led to his death).
