Sec 2 - So the IRL Supreme Court ruled this year that a law calling for the deportation of immigrants who commit "crimes of violence" was too vague. This is intended to offer specificity.

3a makes it easier to keep immigrant families together during the process

3b gives families with children an expedited hearing in front of a judge

3c treats nationals from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras the same as those from Canada and Mexico for deportation purposes.

3d permanently protects those el salvadorean refugees who first came here in 2001 and who are kicked around everytime IRL Congress debates immigration.

3e is in response to another 2018 IRL SCOTUS case where they didnt impose a time limit on detaining immigrants pending deportation. This imposes that time limit.

3f brings in more immigration judges to help tackle the backlog of claims.
 
3g allows the border patrol to pursue onto BLM and NFS land.
