Honorable Speaker, I am going to make a speech in favor of this bill. I see that there is a significant need for universal Pre-K for all students in the Lincoln region.

I'll plan on voting AYE.

This is desperately needed in the region of Lincoln, and you can expect my full support for this bill!

Well this is about the shortest speech I have ever read.

My statement on this bill:

Especially for children at such a young age, and yet in a formative stage of development, it should be up to the parents where they are enrolled.

We should be encouraging home-schooling for those who are able, and private, independent institutions which have proven to better train toddlers for their future challenges.

The funding specified above here is an atrocious amount to spend on indoctrinating our bright young leaders of tomorrow.

As such, I urge a NO vote.

The vote has now begun.

All earlier ballots were invalid and have been discarded.

However, all members may vote now.

You have 24 hours to vote.
