Russell, AL? (only other HRC white county in AL is Jefferson which appears to be gentrifying)
Oktibbeha, MS (yes has MSU but this is the only white-majority county in MS that HRC carried)
Cumberland, NC? (only large county in NC where Amendment One easily won)

any more ideas?

Checking Amendment One performance in NC in white-majority HRC counties:

Scotland 73.31%
Wilson 70.31%
Cumberland 69.53%
Pasquotank 64.78%
Pitt 61.54%
