Take your pick. Which NFL franchise historically has had it bad? The post-99 Cleveland Browns or the Houston Texans?

I love how it's unanimous so far.

This seriously shouldn't even be a question... I mean I've lost count of how many QB's the Browns have used since 1999.

the Texans have won 3 playoff games, the (new) Browns have not (they've only been to one).  This is silly, why did the OP think this was worthy of a poll?  I'm a Steelers fan and I stopped hating them years ago.  How can you hate something so pathetic?  That's what bullies do and I might be a bully, I don't know.  If I am, I'm not that obvious about it.

The new Cleveland Browns (1999-). The Lions or the Bills would be a close realistic second choice.

100% this and it would still be the browns. there is a reason why the cleveland browns are known as the factory of sadness. this is a stupid poll

The Browns, the Texans actually win games and have some coherent talent.

I'm not sure, but wasn't there a season where the Texans were considered Super Bowl contenders? If the Browns ever made it to the playoffs I think it surprised everyone.

I can think of at least 5 teams who have had it worse than the Texans since 2002. Don't expect any sympathy from me.

is the OP going to come back and explain himself?  This is almost as lop sided/stupid as the "has Trump made the US less free than the PRC?" one.

Clicked on this topic to vote for the Browns before even knowing the poll options.
