Section 8 of the Animal Welfare Act (7 U.S.C. 2138) is amended—

(1) by striking Sec. 8. No department and inserting the following:

We all know animal testing is still a necessary evil. This bill just ensures that federal research facilities know where they are getting their test subjects from and ensures that the animals that are donated or purchased come from responsible sources that have been vetted by the federal government.
