We all know animal testing is still a necessary evil. This bill just ensures that federal research facilities know where they are getting their test subjects from and ensures that the animals that are donated or purchased come from responsible sources that have been vetted by the federal government.

If no one has any concerns, I'll go ahead and request unanimous consent to override the 72 hour rule and proceed to a final vote. 24 hours for objections.
