Good.

It really comes down to competence.

The government is incompetent.

Billionaires are competent.

I would rather the money of my country in the hands of intelligent business entrepeneurs.

The government is a corrupt cesspit of inability.

Funny how posters like President Johnson, and Fuzzy Bear get so much flack from this forum when they are one of the least partisan posters on here

While I wouldn’t call President Johnson a hack, the idea that moderates can’t be hacks in their own way is absurd, and, in and of itself, a very hackish thing to say.

Every post he makes seems to get worse than the last.

Fuzzy Bear is one of the best posters on this forum by far.

I mean, I don't believe Trump is a better President than Lincoln, but he will probably save more lives (from a pro-life perspective), and that's an unqualified good.

Wouldn't necessarily go that far, but overall he might have a better overall overage posting history than me.... Wink

Maybe I was waxing and now am waning, and same on the other side.....  Smiley

Keep it real, and let's not all get too excitable just because sometimes folks might have differences in a wide variety of backgrounds....

A certain Fox "News" host says liberals hate America more than Putin.

He's right though, there's no indication Putin hates America whereas there is evidence everyday if you just read liberal media that liberals hate America and criticise it 24/7. Putin's not the one trying to overthrow the constitutional order and the Republic by proposing to pack the courts or get rid of the electoral college or use judges to create rights out of thin air to basically pass laws when it's not possible to gain legislative majorities to pass the laws liberals want.

Quote
As I said before, in this political climate "centrism" is often used as a code word for corporatism. If we were to use the international/global political spectrum, you will notice that people like Sanders are actually more "centrist" while people like Biden are pretty right-leaning.

BERNIES A CENTRIST IN EUROPE GUYS.

Yes, Dubya, who was a conservative,  coined the phrase in 2000, compassionate conservative, not meaning pro-choice, but pro amnesty; consequently,  conservatives like: George Vonovich, Ted Steven's, John McCain,  Coleman and now: Murkowski, J. Ernst, Collins and SMC can be pro-life, but pro-environment and pro-amnesty, to be a compassionate conservative

I don't think that they meant in that order, I think that OP just mentioned that they weren't being mentioned, as most people think of the Anglosphere as CANZUK + the United States. In fact, later, someone added:

What about India, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Guiana, Jamaica?

There's also Ireland and Singapore.

Yeah, I wonder why there are so few people ready to leave everything they have behind, for a temporary boost to their political party. I don't think some people here get that the world is not at all similar to Atlas Forum members.

Registering in another state is just paperwork, and land in these states is cheap.
Millions of students make that tradeoff every year when they register.

"the world is not at all similar to Atlas Forum members" : irrelevant, since it would only take a million politically involved Californians owning a small plot of land in a red state and heading there just on Election Day to overcome the undemocratic Electoral College & Senate.

It may not be the most ethical solution, but if the current popular vote imbalance persists, the issue will come to a head one way or another.

I think we should rename this thread after this guy:

I agree. The Democratic Party is obviously a much greater threat to this country than any single other foreign entity — Russia included.

Indeed, and I didn't claim so. With a population of 13,000 it barely qualifies as rural-exurban.

But all signs point to suburbs witnessing similar sky-high swings against the GOP.

Expecting suburbs to swing by 55 points.
LOL
Even Atheron California and Darien CT didnt swing this far left in 2016.

This means in 2011 he would have supported the ultimate sports villans that year the Miami Heat, over the ultimate cinderella story the Dallas Mavericks lol.

No idea about OK. But Monongalia, Boone, Kanawha, and McDowell are winnable for democrats under the right circumstances.
I don't think its sarcasm(commies still think WV is left wing at heart) also he mentions Monongolia which could actually flip but lol at Boone and Mcdowell flipping D in 2020.
