I know there was a ton of discussion about race and sex/gender in 1991-1996 (Clarence Thomas, Anita Hill, Rodney King, Rickey Ray Rector, Hillary Clinton, "it takes a villiage", etc.), but what about during the era of "dot-com" and early Britney Spears?
