on the whole, while the international scene was not left worse off, I can't say Obama left it better off.

To my way of thinking, Obama's biggest foreign policy disappointment was to break his promise to acknowledge that what the Ottoman Empire did to the Armenians during WWI was genocide.  I think he was an outright coward in that regard.

Easily Barack Obama, and he's not even that great.

I'd put Trump and W Bush as two of the worst ever, Clinton and HW Bush as both thoroughly mediocre, and Obama as good but not legendary.

Obama is the only choice. Between Mr. Aristocrat, perverted lowlife, Mr. Aristocrat II The Awful, Obama, and Bonald Drumpft - who actually takes second best. Trump isn't actually that bad when compared to Bushes and Clintons. Next time it's Trump vs. Clinton, I vote Trump.

rankings:

1. BaRock Obummer
2. Bonald "Orange Man" Drumptf
3. George Bush I

big gap

4. Billie Boy Blowie Clinton
5. Dubya
