Democrats nominate former FLOTUS Michelle Obama after a long and grueling primary process, and she selects John Kerry (after Joe Biden declines to reprise his role of Vice President for a second time) as her running mate.

Donald Trump and Mike Pence remain the nominees for the Republicans.

Who wins, and why?

Without a major recession, Trump has the advantage. I say he pulls it off, taking at least one of the two tossups below and maybe flipping a Lean D state.
