I know that the Methodist, Baptist, Presbytirian, and some Lutheran churches supported prohibition and I know that the Catholic churches opposed prohibition. Is there any other information on which churches stood where on the issue?

I believe the Episcopal Church opposed Prohibition.

Catholics, Episcopalians, some Lutherans.  (Interestingly, the division among Lutherans often fell along ethnic lines, with German Lutherans opposing prohibition, and Scandinavian Lutherans favoring it.)
