It'll be higher because of increased turnout of young voters, who by and large aren't great at registering ahead of time for various reasons. At least two of my friends, both young first-time voters, are doing same day registration.

Hopefully not too many: this is a state where you want certain older voters to hang on for as long as possible.

We have really weird age demographics. In 2016, these were the age demographics from highest to lowest Democrat net support

30-39: D+14
25-29: D+11
40-49: D+4
65+: D+2
18-24: R+5
50-64: R+12

Virtually no normal shift in age turnout will help Dems on it's own.
