1) Trudeau - really has done nothing worth merit aside from legalising weed, but nothing particularly bad either.
2) Macron - an elitist snob who thinks he's the most intelligent man in the world, but probably would be better if he led the EU as opposed to the cretin who has run it behind the scenes for the past decade.
3) Conte - placeholder puppet, probably not malicious in himself
4) Abe - mostly competent in managing his nation's slow decline, if troubling in his strange links with the far right and his nationalistic dreams
5) Merkel - aforementioned cretin. The archetypal cowardly politician who runs from all problems and bends with the winds; has been asleep behind the wheel as the EU has lurched from crisis to crisis. A politician when Europe needed a states(wo)man.
6) Trump - a con artist who pretended to stand for something, but has neither the wits nor the inclination to stand up against the true "swamp creatures", preferring to focus on irrelevant hobby horses and sideshows. Nothing more than a repugnant oaf, a fitting symptom of America's decline.
7) May - maybe home country bias, but I can't imagine anybody more useless and out of their depth than the Prime Minister of the UK. I know there will be some debate about whether she should be above Trump, but Trump - in his own way - has held on to some form of mandate, some manner of respect. May has nothing: her cabinet openly disrespect her knowing that she is too weak to discipline them; her junior coalition partner gleefully brag about having her by the balls; the factionbrokers within the Tory party speak of her with contempt; she is hated by both Leave and Remain devotees; the apolitical sections of the public think she is a hack and internationally she is a nothing of a politician. At least Cameron will leave a domestic legacy of sorts before he blew up; May's tenure is just a never-ending record of failure.

The last three are especially bad personality wise. Macron has acted like a regular liberal policywise but he is just so unlikeable.

I'll also include whether my opinion of them improved, declined or didn't change in the past few months:

1. Macron (declined)
2. Trudeau (declined)
3. Merkel (no change)
4. Conte (improved)
5. May (no change)
6. Abe (no change)
7. Trump (declined)
