*These will be conducted periodically, and will include only candidates who have officially declared, or candidates who have personally said they are "likely to run" (or similar, as determined by me)*

Unfortunately the entire field so far is pretty sad, hopefully we get some decent people after the midterms are officially over. Of the declared candidates so far, Castro is the least bad.

Andrew Yang!  I really like Yang's platform (well, a lot of it), and though I don't think he should necessarily be President right now, his ideas deserve publicity.

He deserves it at this point.

I imagine if a field like this Delaney will win West Virginia and Kentucky because of reasons of Castro being on Obama's administration and Delaney would maybe win Maryland and maybe Iowa

I don't agree with Yang a lot but he's worth listening to for sure. If anyone can change my mind on UBI he can. If the DNC does to him what they did to Larry Lessig, they deserve a 2020 loss.

Delaney, on the other hand, is a total political hack and a relic of Bush Era politics.

As far as Castro goes, I really don't know him. He's failed to make a political impact in any way, and I don't see him breaking Lincoln Chafee polling numbers.

Does Hickenlooper's "I think there's a pretty high probability that we're going to go ahead and do it" qualify him for the next round of this?

I'll see what he's saying the next time I do this.

Rocky de la Fuente, of course. He would be incredibly versatile. Not only being our presidential nominee, he would be able to run in and win in multiple Senate races at the exact same time.
