Mostly for the margin/to see how close James can make it. If it’s a blowout (say, 12+ points), that’s very bad news for Republicans in the Midwest and the House/Senate in general.

Ah, okay, that makes sense.

North Dakota? Oh, please! You get the rare opportunity to look into the future, and you wanna waste one of your free wishes for the most predictable result of all races? Come on... Roll Eyes

Indiana (-> would know MT and WV, and know more about Democratic incumbents will run and know more about the Kavanaugh effect in specific, would know more about shifts in the Rust Belt)
Missouri (-> would know about how a less popular Democratic incumbent would perform, giving a hint about NJ as well).
Arizona (To see if Sinema wins and by what margin, and you immediately know NV as well).
Florida (-> would tell you a lot about the general mood of the evening, cause both are well known, and it's a large state).
Texas (-> O'Rourke is a different type of candidate, tells you a bit more about Republican incumbents)

Looks like this one was most warranted, and probably the best demonstration of The Kavanaugh Effect than anywhere else.
