Losing to such an unapologetic conservative in Democratic state in a Democratic year would be devastating for Ellison and his party.

Mason-Dixon has a bias of R +0.7, so it's probably a little tighter than the poll shows. But I have been seeing consistent indications that Ellison is in serious trouble.

Nobody should be surprised if Keith Ellison loses. He was a poor fit for the state even before he got metoo'd. In fact, probably the only thing keeping him in the game at all is the GOP nominating a joke candidate and the favorable political climate for Dems.

From what I remember, the allegations looked very non-credible back in the primary. If new evidence was brought forth, I'm not really aware of it, so I'll refain from judgement.
However, if Wardlow wins this, it'll mean Ellison's campaign was a complete disaster and unable to point how just how digusting is his opponent. Really, if the allegations are true, this might be the single worst race in the country.
