I'd like to think this is pretty self-explanatory. Basically holds military service members accountable for sharing intimate photos of others without their consent under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Limiting this to the UCMJ likely makes this Constitutional. Revenge porn laws are tricky under free speech as even nonconsensual photography can be protected speech, such as photos taken in public or consensual nude pics that are then callously shared. A federal district court even held that nonconsensual upskirt photography in public was protected speech like 5 yrs ago. Overbroad revenge porn laws could hypothetically apply to that very famous photo from Vietnam of the naked little girl covered in napalm. This bill however regulates the conduct of military personnel who can be held to stricter discipline including some limits on free speech during service.
