Wanted to hold off on this, but given how Coco has been confused with the mainline Disney films, and given how the last time I did this was right around Coco's release before anyone could get an impression.

My answer hasn't changed personally, I still consider Inside Out the best thing they've done.

But I imagine others' might.

Up is the best Pixar movie.  Coco, inside out are extremely good, too

Wall-E has a special place in my heart for being just adorable and for predicting the future so well.

5. WALL-E (It's an accurate prediction of where society is going, but I think it might be slightly too complicated for kids)

4. Finding Dory (It's worthy successor to Finding Nemo, just because of Ellen Degeneres performance alone)

3. The Incredibles 2 (It's not as good as the original, but it keeps everyone in character, which is really impressive in any franchise)

2. Inside Out (The ideas behind the film are simply amazing)

1. Toy Story 3 (It's definitely better than the first sequel to Toy Story, and it might, dare I say it be better than the original)

Tough choice between Up and Inside Out, but I went with Up.

Wall-E, which imo is truly Pixar's masterpiece. A well crafted and multi-faceted film. I don't care if it's "too complex for kids," many movies have their complexities go over their heads but are appreciated by the older crowd. I also quite enjoyed Up, a solid second.

So... what's actually good about the "Cars" series? Tongue I could never get myself to watch them.

Toy Story 3, but most of the nominees here should get honorable mention at least. Pixar is an franchise.

Toy Story 3. Speaking of the franchise, Toy Story 4's coming out next year.

Inside Out with Up!, WALL-E, and Toy Story 3 close behind.
The Married Life scene in Up is probably the best in Pixar movies.

Haven't seen Incredibles 2 and Cars 3 yet, but have seen all the others.

I was very much impressed by Coco. Toy Story 3 was fine. I didn't like Up that much. I need to rewatch Wallie though because i've seen it a long time ago. I hated Cars 2. The Good Dinosaur and Finding Dory were mediocre, and the other movies not mentioned yet were okay-ish. (Brave, Inside Out, Monster University and also Up and Wallie who were all 6/10 movies).

WALL-E is the best by far for being innovative, timely, and gorgeous to look at.  Ironically the next two were Best Picture nominees.  Up had a beautiful montage in the first half that probably won it the nomination, the second half with the kid and the chicken bored me to tears.

Wall-E or Inside Out. An honorable mention to the beautiful montage in Up, but the rest of the movie is rather boring and forgettable to me.
