Yes. Gilibrand looks set to underperform as compared to how she did in 2012. She will not break 70% of the vote this time. I'm expecting her final percentage to be somewhere between 62-66%. This is in contrast to Schumer, who did better in 2016 as compared to 2010, and got over the 70% mark.
