If he won by just 2.7 %, I think he would have lost if Joaquin Castro (who was also a potential candidate last year) was his opponent by further increasing Latino turnout. But that would be close, of course.

Hahaha Joaquin Castro is the most boring person ever; no way he turns out as many voters as O'Rourke.  Also O'Rourke is latino dummy
