Maine.  Not to the extent that Vermont is but still a predominately rural, overwhelmingly white state that went for Hillary.

Honestly this is the answer when you extrapolate for region.

The fact a non england Rural state that is 95% white with a large evangelical base went for Obama is pretty good.

Vermont, Maine, and Oregon.

Some people would say Colorado, but not really. Colorado has a high amount of college educated white people, and that demographic group tends to lean left.

Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, maybe Oregon (although maybe not if you account for education/environmentalism), New England except for MA and CT.  Minnesota looks like it finally moved in line with where it "should" have been this year, as did much of Upstate NY.
