Question: If the population of a region decreases during the while the recall petition is active, does the requisite number of signatures go down? Labor has been moving people out of Lincoln recently, which may push the number of signatures needed to 20-21.
So since the last census, nerdfighter, MB and Spenstar have moved out of Lincoln, and wxtransit has moved in. Also Peebs forgot to record windjammer's move to Fremont, so that gives a total population of 83 and a cutoff of 21. However, MB signed all of the recalls, and he left, so I assume his signature no longer counts. So in short the Misteer and Ishan petitions still need 1 vote, and the Dipper Josh one needs 2.
