I agree with all of this. I like Dole's views on education and tobacco (repealing the federal laws on those things) and he voted for the Civil Rights Act of 1964, unlike Goldwater, Reagan, and HW. I wonder if Lewinsky would have come out during a Dole Presidency, and if so, what the public's reaction would be.
