No hindsight means you can't take into account anything that came out about the candidates afterwards or anything the candidates did afterwards.

Probably Dean (was 15 years old, already following politics, so I remember it alright). The "Dean Scream" was so overblown.

I supported Clark and Dean at different points, but ultimately supported Kerry because I thought he had the best chance at defeating Bush. I wasn't quite old enough to vote, though.

Would have supported both Dean and Kucinich w/o hindsight (boy was 2004 a different time).
Probably would've voted Dean in the end as his chance to win seemed far higher.

Dean. I would NOT have been happy with Kerry winning, elitist ivy league snob in the same rich boy club as Bush II himself.

Lieberman is also a possibility, since I do like his views on foreign policy, but I am also concerned with how authoritarian he is on other issues.

Braun, Clark, Dean, and Lieberman were all amazing candidates. However, Braun is the most qualified and capable of the four to lead our country.

I voted Edwards as he had the best message and vision.  If it weren't for Iraq pushing the party towards someone with military experience, I think Edwards would have gotten the nomination, which in hindsight wouldn't have been good because of his personal life.

In retrospect, Kerry>>>every other candidate. I like Dean, but I think he's better in a role other than president.
