That's what's weird. I somehow lost Vermont, Hawaii and Washington but won those two despite losing Arkansas.

The game weights Oklahoma as not Republican enough. Once as Edwards I won Oklahoma and almost won Kansas but also lost Hawaii and Massachusetts. And if I had won Kansas, I would've won that game, grrrrr...
