President Trump resigns due to the Mueller indictments.  Mike Pence takes over as President, and announces he will not run in 2020.  He selects Nikki Haley as his VP.

Vice President Haley announces she will run in 2020.  She's up against John Kasich, Jeff Flake, Ben Sasse, and Don Blankenship.  Kasich, Flake, and Sasse are the #NeverTrump candidates and paint Haley as a puppet of the Trump Administration.  Don Blankenship, however, jumps into the race, stating that all four candidates are creatures of the swamp, and that he will deliver on former President Trump's promise to Drain the Swamp.  He's able to easily win the primary given the other four cannibalize each other's votes.

On the Democratic side, any and every candidate under the sun jumps in.  Beto O'Rourke, however, declines to run, as he is challenging Senator Cornyn in the TX-SEN race.  Due to the size of the Democratic Clown Caravan and vote cannibalization, former 2018 WI-01 nominee Randy Bryce is able to wiggle his way to victory.

It's the battle between the two campaign memes of 2018.  Who wins?  Discuss with maps!

If you wish, you may discuss how downballot races are affected.

Downballot, Dems lose AL, but pickup CO, AZ, ME, NC, GA, IA, MT, AK, TX, and KS. Dems pickup VT-GOV, NH-GOV and MO-GOV.
