The Mueller court filing on Flynn is expected any moment now

Why so late in the day?

Some Liberals are thinking Pence will go down as well, leaving us with President Pelosi. Does anyone here think Pence will get indicted? I think Pence was deliberately kept in the dark, he is safe imo.

What has Pence supposedly done?

He must of really had the goods. Must have totally spilled the beans.

The no prison recommendation is an interesting signal to those yet to come.

True, but particularly notable for who said it.

Does anyone know when the investigation ends? Mueller seems to be a turtle

On the contrary, it has produced results much faster than most special counsel investigations.  538 has an article with a nice comparison chart at https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/the-mueller-investigation-keeps-growing-fast/.  Complex investigations take time.

I don't think it's wise for Dems to do that. Alas, they will do it and fail. At the end of the day, if they try, it'll be Clinton all over again. Newspaper headlines will flash: "TRUMP ACQUITTED".

Republicans will have to face all the evidence of Trump's criminality and remember they're on the ballot as well in 2020.

You guys keep acting like you are the winners. Quite frankly, the Democratic Party is in bad shape. You wanna cite polls? Nancy Pelosi is less popular than Donald Trump. Fact.

Did you happen to notice that there was just an election, and the Democrats won the House by a considerable margin?

I don't usually say things like this here, but it's clear that you are an idiot.  Welcome to Ignore.

March? That's a long time to accidentally go to Russia or fall down the stairs three times.

Also, he'll be in Otisville, which isn't on a river. Pedantry complete.

Or a long time to think about what he might be able to give prosectors to get some of those 3 years back.

And a long time for Desperate Donald to worry about what else Cohen might have, and attempt to obstruct justice with a pardon.

And a long time in which he'll be available to testify before Democratic-controlled House committees.

Mike Pence was chairman of the inaugural committee. As Spiro Agnew learned, yes the VP can be indicted. I would love to see a sitting VP get indicted. Maybe Pence could cooperate with the feds against Trump?

Aha, the Grand Plan is revealed!  Pence gets indicted and has to resign.  Trump never nominates a new VP.  Then no matter how bad it gets, he'll know the Senate Republicans would never vote to remove him and create President Pelosi!  Ingenious!

(Lest anyone think this is serious...it's not.)

Treasonous Republicans on the intelligence committee declined to to issue subpoenas for Trump's phone records, even after finding out that Trump Jr made a phone call to a blocked number after the infamous Trump Tower meeting with the Russians. Trump is a known user of a blocked phone number. They know damn well who Trump Jr was talking to, they are afraid of the answer.

In a couple of weeks, Republicans will no longer control the House Intelligence Committee.  This should have Trump & company shaking in their boots.
