FT 9-10: Fremont Heritage Token Act (Passed)

This is based on a similar coinage program that was adopted by the South.  What better way to raise money for schools and poors than by celebrating our region's rich history?

Feel free to suggest different people to represent each state on the tokens, especially if they're better known and/or contributed more to the culture of their state.  Finding a person for some of these states was tricky.

What connection does Teddy Roosevelt have to ND?

Roosevelt retired and spent part of his life in North Dakota before reentering public life.

I did research some LDS leaders for Utah.  (I almost went with Brigham Young, but I feel that his polygamous marriages and ban on black church leaders complicate his legacy.)

Again, if the FM or an MP wishes to change any of the names on the list, I am open to alternatives, but I will probably object to any amendments just so that we can hold a vote on them and come to a consensus.  (Preferably, submit your suggestions one amendment at a time - and be sure to include a brief description of the person you're replacing someone with.)
