Yoda (yes, that one from Star Wars)

https://www.euronews.com/2018/11/27/polish-father-celebrates-after-winning-battle-to-change-son-s-name-to-yoda

Chiara or Ines (these names are names of children attending kindergarten where my mom's a teacher, they do not have Italian [Chiara] or other than Polish [Ines] ancestry or ethnicity)

Little Book ("Książeczka" in Polish) - I heard that one yeears ago from a certain person that parents decided to name a kid in such way.

America had one president whose second name was "S", so "Q" is not weird to me.

Hassanal Bolkiah

Hassanal translates as "hate anal" in German, which is very funny and ironic, as the Bruneian sultan has just restored capital punishment for homosexuality.

Coca, Efga, Neygar (pronounced uncomfortably similarly to the n-word), and one of my best friends is named Towfeq.

I'm not trying to make fun of these names since they are probably cultural but they are certainly among the most unique ones I have ever heard, there's no doubt about that. But perhaps to make up for that here is a more conventional one that happens to have an unfortunate pairing of two common names:

I knew a girl, one of my sister's friends, whose name was Ashley Madison. Yep, like that Ashley Madison.
