More likely a judge who (rightly in my opinion) feels that jail is not the best way to treat drug issues. Nowhere in that article is the judge indicating that he ruled that way because she's too pretty or for that matter than his ruling was unusual for him in similar cases.
It wasn't just drugs, she punched a lady in the back of the head and had already plead guilty to at least two different violent interactions with her family. I would never want to put someone in jail for drugs, especially pot, but a history of violence combined with the getting caught with meth (ice=meth, yes?) while on probation for some of that violence should increase the punishment. What's the point of probation if not?
