What happens to everyone's HSAs under this law. Under Atlascare, every person has an HSA. Is the assumption that they and the account balance disappear?

How can you abolish programs that no longer exist? It is painfully obvious that this bill was constructed in willful ignorance of the existing law.

No offense to people, but even in a context of questionable Congressional proposal this is both reckless and disconnected from the reality of the game.

I would certainly - and strongly - hope Congress is not irresponsible enough to actually ram this through.

I object to Jimmy's amendment.

No offense to people, but even in a context of questionable Congressional proposal this is both reckless and disconnected from the reality of the game.

I'll do all I can to keep this from passing.

I should note this bill violates house rules as it currently stands and probably should just be tabled.
