Dowless will likely roll over on him quickly, so yes.

As he likely stole the primary as well, this should be a bipartisan move to get him indicted and then hold a new election between McCready and Pittenger.

My guess is that they'll be unable to find a "smoking gun" to send Harris to jail, but it's impossible for us to say what will come out during an investigation. I think Dowless is probably going to jail, though.
