What are your favorite fruits?

I like lots of them, but my favorites are limes, lemons, grapefruit, pomelos (somewhat like a grapefruit/lime combination), and watermelon.

I also eat a fair amount of bananas and apples, the most widely-eaten in the US.

Grapes are my favorite if wine counts.

Strawberries and it's not even close for eating raw. I understand if others don't though because I find American strawberries are generally picked too early so they can survive transport across the country. Blueberries, cherries, or peaches for baked goods. If I had to pick one for both categories, I'll take cherries.

Apples, grapes and pineapples, I'd say ... but what Santander said RE: grapes.  They'd easily shoot to number one if we are including (red) wine.

Bananas, blueberries, pears - then apples and oranges, and fruit salad (with other fruits) is good too.  Fruits take great in smoothies.
