Interestingly enough, since the popular vote shifted 1.8% to the right from 2012 to 2016, it's technically possible for there to be Obama/Trump counties which trended slightly Democratic, though they obviously swung (slightly) Republican. I knew that MN-02 was the only congressional district that was Obama/Trump but trended Democratic, but I could find two counties: Hillsborough, NH, and Nash, NC, which were Obama/Trump and trended Democratic. Are there any others?
